Description: Prior work has demonstrated that conditioning risk perception questions on specific future behaviors can lead to more accurate measurements of the relationship between risk perception and prevention behavior. In this project, we investigate whether is a potential downside to conditional question wording. Namely, wether conditional question-wording can produce overestimates of the true risk perception-prevention behavior relationship.
