Description: This OSF repository includes the example data set and Matlab scripts described in the article "SimNIBS 2.1: A Comprehensive Pipeline for Individualized Electric Field Modelling for Transcranial Brain Stimulation". The example data set includes five subjects processed using the headreco routine from SimNIBS 2.1. The Matlab scripts demonstrate how simulations can be easily set-up on a group of subjects, how to extract summary electric field statistics, and how the fields can be transformed to standard spaces. Disclaimer: The magnetic resonance imaging scans used to create the head models are not optimized for SimNIBS, and the resulting head models might not be optimal in anatomical accuracy. These example data are only meant for demonstrating SimNIBS 2.1 functionality, and should not be used for electric field simulations in scientific studies. The example subjects are a sub-group from a larger freely accessible cohort available at: https://openfmri.org/ , accession number ds000171. Note: when using SimNIBS 4 please download the corresponding example data set and follow the instructions in the SimNIBS documentation.
