Category: Analysis
Description: The aim of the present study is to examine the longitudinal associations between social media usage and two forms of deprivation—individual-based relative deprivation (IRD), and objective deprivation. Specifically, we examine whether within-person deviations in social media usage temporally precede changes in IRD over time.
