This component contains all analysis scripts (R language) that were used to filter the raw data files, perform the analyses and generate the figures. If you have GNU make, LaTeX and R installed, you can just extract the zip archive and run all analyses by typing `make` from the base directory of the archive. You can also run all individual scripts (contained in the `analysis`) directory. Scripts should be run with the working directory set to the base directory of the archive, so that all paths can be found correctly.
