Wiki Version:
This [script](https://osf.io/q42ux) plots the flows for zones in a Webnucleo XML file. To use, first download the file by typing **curl -o plot_flows_in_zones.py -J -L https://osf.io/q42ux/download** Use the script on an output Webnucleo XML file (in this example, called *out.xml*). This will be an output from a Webnucleo network calculation, but, to obtain an [example](https://osf.io/zhrfn/), type **curl -o out.xml -J -L https://osf.io/xguz2/download** Then plot the flows by typing, for example, **python plot_flows_in_zones.py out.xml output --induced_nuc_xpath "[z >= 3 and z <= 10 and a - z >= 4 and a - z <= 12]"** The *pdfs* of the plots (labeled by zone labels from the XML file) are left in the directory *output*.
