The Matlab script '**extract_data.m**' is used to extract task accuracy scores from individual participant data files and join them into one file for each participant group: '**DATA_DPs.mat**' and '**DATA_Controls.mat**' (shared here). These files are used as input to the analysis scripts '**analysis_identity_aperture.m**' and '**analysis_identity_aperture_adjusted.m**'. Each file contains a data structure with rows representing individual participants and columns representing the experimental conditions.
