Description: This repository contains the fitted curves used in the Simplicity shiny-r web application as .rds files which contain lists of fitted drc objects from the drm R package. Note that these files have been compressed in 7zip format to save space. Please note that the following terms apply to use of this data: Users have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use data files for internal proprietary research and educational purposes, including target, biomarker and drug discovery. Excluded from this licence are use of the data (in whole or any significant part) for resale either alone or in combination with additional data/product offerings, or for provision of commercial services. Also note that published papers making use of this data from one or more of the datasets in this repository must cite both Simplicity and the teams which generated the used dataset(s). The appropriate citations are included below. Simplicity App: 1. We're working on a manuscript for the app, and we will provide a citation for that manuscript here once it is published. CTRPv2: 1.
