Description: INS OpenNavSense is an open-source, low-cost inertial navigation platform built on FreeRTOS, designed to offer a practical alternative to high-cost INS by using low-cost MEMS sensors. It includes accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, GPS, and a barometer, enabling parallel processing of sensor data for reliable testing of estimation algorithms. Validated with the Mahony library on a drone, OpenNavSense demonstrates viability as a research tool in low-cost INS development.
