# Files for plotting paper figures This component contains aggregate data files and Matlab scripts used in preparing the paper figures. To use them, simply download the files and place them in the current directory. Press "play" on the plotting scripts to generate figures for each experiment. ## Aggregate data files ### Experiment 1 * `E1_AllSubsPower_byCond_ALLSUBS.mat`: Aggregate alpha and theta power for Exp. 1. * `E1_corr_data.mat`: Aggregate CDA values and behavioral values used for the correlation analysis. * `E1_DWR_data_atleast75.mat`: Behavioral data for Exp. 1. * `E1_ERPS_bySS_base_ALLSUBS.mat`: Aggregate event-related potentials for Exp. 1. ### Experiment 2 * `E2_corr_data.mat`: Aggregate CDA values and behavioral values used for the correlation analysis. * `E2_DWR_data_atleast40.mat`: Behavioral data for Exp. 2. * `E2_ERPS_byACC_nofilt_atleast40.mat`: Aggregate event-related potentials for Exp. 2. * `E2_pow_byACC_filt_atleast40.mat`: Aggregate alpha and theta power for Exp. 2. ## Plotting scripts * `PlotPaperFigures_E1_subsetOfAllSubs_OSF.m`: Plot figures associated with Exp. 1 data. * `PlotPaperFigures_E1E2_correlation_OSF.m`: Plot the correlation analysis. * `PlotPaperFigures_E2_OSF.m`: Plot figures associated with Exp. 2 data. ## Support functions Miscellaneous Matlab functions used in plotting.
