Wiki Version:
The STRIPE Project included a grey literature review to identify and review seminal policies, strategies or reports related to the GPEI produced between 1988 through February 28, 2019 by global partner organizations involved in the GPEI as well as by seven country teams (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, DRC, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Nigeria) involved in the STRIPE project. The global grey literature review provided an overall framing to the evolution of the initiative. The country-level grey literature review delved into further details regarding the experience of diverse contexts and map the explicit experience about GPEI related to: 1. Identifying additional experiences/information that were not indexed in a global database 2. Explore experience and outcomes of GPEI across different contexts 3. Broaden base of review to capture different stakeholder experiences (public sector, practitioners, civil society) The country-level review captured a range of kinds of documents including reports, government documents, interviews, conference papers and proceedings, and graduate students theses. Documents that were identified were reviewed for their authority/authenticity, their objectivity, and their significance or relevance to the review.
