Description: Guide RNA (sgRNA) sequences for CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis of Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Naumovozyma castellii. Scored guide sequences are designed to target either single genes, multiple genes, or single alleles (Candida albicans only). In the case of Candida glabrata, guides were designed against ORF sequences, or ORFs+UTRs as annotated at candidagenome.org.
