Description: Complex dynamical systems show generic early warning signals (EWS) that indicate the approach of a critical transition in the system. We hypothesize that such EWS also anticipate critical transitions in mood. The general aim of this project is to search for personalized early warning signals of critical transitions in states of psychopathology.
