<p>Contains all analysis scripts for reproducing the results and figures reported for Experiment 1.</p> <ul> <li><code>analysis_results_figures.R</code> is the main analysis script. It requires the bianry data file <code>exp1_data_prepared.rda</code> and the <code>helper_functions.R</code>. </li> <li>The first part contains the code for fitting all models. The fitted models are saved in <code>true_model_selection.rda</code> (models for model selection) and <code>models_true.rda</code> (HIT model) and can also be loaded instead of refitting the model each time (note that fitting may take quite some time and may require lots of RAM). </li> <li>Script for producing the model selection table,</li> <li>analysis of the HIT model, </li> <li>script for producing figures of predicted responses. </li> <li><code>figures.R</code> requires the binary data file <code>exp1_data_prepared.rda</code> and produces the plots of the observed data as well as the histogram of response frequencies.</li> </ul>
