Description: The goal of this program evaluation project is to translate an openly-accessible, growth-mindset (GM) SSI into both Polish and Ukrainian, so Polish and Ukrainian youth can anonymously access and provide feedback on the GM SSI, which is about 30 minutes in length, completely free, entirely self-guided, and internet-based. The GM SSI has been shown to be safe for teenagers to complete and predicted significant reductions in psychological distress among adolescents (Schleider & Weisz, 2016; Schleider & Weisz, 2018; Schleider et al., 2019; Gawrysiak et al., 2009). Anyone is welcome to access the web-based platform that the GM SSI is hosted on, including adults; however, these activities were originally designed for youth ages 11 to 17. All data collected is anonymous and no identifiable information is recorded.
