Wiki Version:
Raw fastq files used in this analysis are available at the NCBI SRA under Bioproject PRJNA505918. All data is also available in the archive "14C-ATM-analysis-folder.zip". This includes the raw sequences, qiime artifacts, sample metadata, and processed biom/ASV tables, as well as the exact ASV sequences in fasta format. Please download and use these files if you wish to just make a quick comparison to sequences derived from your study. In order to reproduce this analysis, place these raw fastq files in a folder named "00-fastq", and then run the enclosed scripts in the order according to their names (ignoring the "000-", "001-", and "002-" prefaced scripts which are just there to show how initial demultiplexing was carried out in qiime1 and the "T"-prefaced scripts). The scripts need to be run within the base directory containing the "00-fastq" folder. The classification artifact is also included so that the T-prefaced scripts do not need to be rerun ("SILVA_132_99_tax_sliced_to_454_primers_classifier.qza").
