Description: This example script is used to create P3 artificial ERP waveform and you can also use ERPLAB v9.20 or high version to create (https://github.com/lucklab/erplab/wiki/Create-an-Artificial-ERP-Waveform). The aim is to examine the effect of filter settings on wave distortion and then select an optimal filter cutoff for one ERP component for one scoring method (e.g., mean amplitude). Please see the description about how to select an optimal filter: https://github.com/lucklab/erplab/wiki/Selecting-Optimal-Filters-with-ERPLAB-Toolbox and the details can also be found in our papers: (1) Guanghui Zhang, David R. Garrett, and Steven J. Luck. Optimal Filters for ERP Research I: A General Approach for Selecting Filter Settings (2) Guanghui Zhang, David R. Garrett, and Steven J. Luck. Optimal Filters for ERP Research II: Recommended Settings for Seven Common ERP Components ERPLAB v9.20+ required - https://github.com/lucklab/erplab/releases
