Wiki Version:
People make use of nonverbal behaviors when judging personality of others. What's happening when someone is judging a person from another culture? Are they using own cultural nonverbal models, therefore making wrong assumptions on others characteristics? Do they consider the task as more difficult? Are they looking at different parts of the face? And could this impact real life scenario such as job interviews outcomes? This are the questions that drive two pieces of research described in this project and funded by the Irish Research Council. **Table of content** + [**Introduction**][1] + [Nonverbal Behaviors][2] + [Accurate personality judgments][3] + [Lens Model][4] + [Dialect Theory][5] + [Interviews discrimination][15] **Study 1** + **[Hypothesis][6]** + **[Procedure][7]** + **[Sample] [8]** + **[Materials][9]** + [ADEPT-15][10] + [Video-Interview][11] + [Rating Sheet][12] + [Raters pre-questionnaire][13] + **[Methods][14]** (draft) **Study 2** [1]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Introduction/ [2]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Nonverbal%20Behaviours/ [3]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Research%20on%20Accurate%20Personality%20Judgments/ [4]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Lens%20Model/ [5]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Dialect%20Theory/ [6]: https://osf.io/34b7e/wiki/home/ [7]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Procedure/ [8]: https://osf.io/gjnzb/ [9]: https://osf.io/69zbm/wiki/home/?edit&view&menu [10]: https://osf.io/yjvam/ [11]: https://osf.io/p3qmh/ [12]: https://osf.io/yqh2f/ [13]: https://osf.io/69zbm/wiki/Rater%20Questionnaire/ [14]: https://osf.io/qpua9/ [15]: https://osf.io/97hst/wiki/Interviews%20discrimination/
