To reproduce this work you should focus on the following directory of the GitHub repository: https://github.com/ComplexOrganizationOfLivingMatter/Epithelia3D/tree/master/InSilicoModels/TubularModel In particular, to create the tubular Voronoi diagrams, you can start at: [mainDelaunayEuler.m][1] in which you could define a series of parameter to customize the output voronoi diagram.
