This archive contains 120 channels of actual and simulated human intracranial microwire recordings. These files are used for the manual spike sorting contest run by the Neurtex Brain Research Institute starting in 2024. Further details about the contest are available at https://neurtex.org/neurtex-manual-spike-sorting-contest/ .
If the archive is not loading here, it is also available at http://steinmetz.org/peter/Set1.zip .
The exact length of this downloaded file should be 4063276411 bytes.
Each file is in the Neuralynx continuously sampled .Ncs format and is 11 minutes long, sampled at 32,000 samples per second. The dataset consists of both real and simulated recordings.
