Below, one can find several datasets pertaining to two different projects. LL5OpenISR.csv and LL6OpenISR.csv use open sets of words for immediate serial recall with list lengths of 5 and 6, respectively. These come from the following publication: Osth, A. F. & Dennis, S. (2015c). Prior list intrusions in serial recall are positional. Journal of Experimental Psychology: Learning, Memory, & Cognition, 41, 1893-1901. LL6ClosedISR.csv is similar to LL6OpenISR.csv, except that a closed set of six words is used for the entire duration of the experiment. LL6OpenISR_blanks.csv is also similar to LL6OpenISR.csv, with the exception that participants were allowed to say "blank" to skip over a response. LL6OpenROO.csv is again, similar to LL6OpenISR.csv, with the exception that a reconstruction-of-order (ROO) task is used at retrieval, where each of the list words are presented unordered on the screen. The three datasets above were analyzed in addition to LL6OpenISR.csv in: Osth, A. F., & Dennis, S. (2015). The fill-in effect in serial recall can be obscured by omission errors.
