Description: In this umbrella review, we aim to quantify the strength of associations, and credibility of evidence, from meta-analyses of observational studies on the association of psychotropic medication use in pregnancy and the risk of various adverse health outcomes in both pregnant individuals and fetus, while controlling for underlying psychiatric conditions (ie, confounding by indication).
