The data for this section of the project are from the CamCan project, and can be requested from: http://www.cam-can.org/
The data were first processed using the matlab script [processMRIdata.m][1]
This script requires a working FSL installation which can be obtained at: https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/
The script also requires the file [v1mask.nii][2], which is defines the V1 region of interest as described by Wang et al. (2015): https://doi.org/10.1093/cercor/bhu277
The script [powercontoursMRIeventrelated.R][3] was then used for all further analysis and plotting, to produce [Figure 7][4]. Illustrations of the ROI mask were produced using the HCP [connectome workbench][5] software and are provided here in tiff format ([V1ROIl.tiff][6] and [V1ROIr.tiff][7]).
Paths in all scripts will need to be updated to reflect the local directory structure of the computer used for the analysis
