Wiki Version:
Data and code to reproduce main figure from Staresina et al. (Nature Neuroscience 2023), *How coupled slow oscillations, spindles and ripples coordinate neuronal processing and communication during human sleep*. To recreate the figures, simply type >> *code_** in a MATLAB Command Window. For transparency, the code to derive the data has been left in the function *.m files. Dependencies (not included on OSF): FieldTrip (https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/). After adding FieldTrip to the path, run *ft_defaults*. Also make sure to >> *addpath('dependencies')* once in the main directory.
