Description: The Multi-Year Reanalysis of Remotely Sensed Storms (MYRORSS) project uses the Multi-Radar Multi-Sensor (MRMS) framework to blend radars along with near storm environmental data to create a three-dimensional radar volume across the entire CONUS. Currently, MYRORSS has reprocessed the WSR-88D radar archive for 1998 through 2011.
Project Overview
The Multi-Year Reanalysis of Remotely Sensed Storms (MYRORSS) project was started in 2012. The goal of the project was to reprocess the entire archive of WSR-88D level-II data for the CONUS through the Multi-Radar Multi-Sensor framework.
