This repository contains the datasets for reproducing all the analyses in our paper "TrackSOM: mapping immune response dynamics through sequential clustering of time- and disease-course single-cell cytometry data". There are 3 datasets in total, the synthetic dataset, and the 2 WNV datasets (BM and CNS), as described in the paper. The R scripts to reproduce all analyses and figures in our paper are available from https://github.com/ghar1821/TrackSOM
