Most of the tools can be run both from the command line and as GUIs ("point-and-click" graphical user interfaces).
Why should I use FSL?
FSL efficiently analyzes brain data that you acquired through fMRI scanning or a brain scan database (such as the ABCD database). It is a necessary part of reading your data.
I'm still confused. How can I learn more information about FSL?
The [FSL website][1] has a few different options for learning more about the program, including a detailed [PowerPoint][2] that explains how to use FSL step-by-step as well as why it's important to know.
How do I install FSL?
To install FSL, follow the directions listed [here][3].
