Description: After participation in the EMA aspect, participants will be able to opt into a qualitative study. In semi-structured interviews, participants will be asked if they believe their cycle influences alcohol intake and other related factors e.g. craving. We will also recruit a sample of individuals who have not participated in the EMA study to explore whether tracking cycles and alcohol consumption influences perceptions.
