<h2>Using SFTP to Put DSSP on Blueridge</h2> <p>This quick guide will walk you through the steps of using a SFTP client to place the files needed for DSSP on your Blueridge. This tutorial will go through the commands needed, but assumes you have a basic understanding of using SFTP. If you need to download a SFTP client (Mac users already have one installed in their terminal) read through the "Using Blueridge and Installing GROMACS" tutorial. </p> <ul> <li>Download the two DSSP files from OSF, found under your respective GROMACS version within Standard Operating Procedure</li> <li>Open a terminal, or your SFTP client, and log into Blueridge, then move to your software directory.<ul> <li><code>sftp [PID]@blueridge1.arc.vt.edu</code></li> <li><code>cd blueridge/software</code></li> </ul> </li> <li>On your local machine move to the folder containing the DSSP files<ul> <li><code>lcd [Folder Path]</code></li> <li>Note: when moving around through your local computer in a SFTP window put "l" in front of the typical commands. cd becomes lcd, and ls becomes lls, etc.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Make a new directory in Blueridge to upload the files<ul> <li><code>mkdir bin</code></li> </ul> </li> <li>Put the files from your local computer onto Blueridge<ul> <li><code>put dssp</code></li> <li><code>put dssp-2.0.4-linux-amd64</code></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>You should now be able to run DSSP on Blueridge! </p>
