Description: This is a report conducted by the California Policy Lab for the Office of San Francisco District Attorney George Gascon. It builds on the High Users of San Francisco's Criminal Justice System report (conducted by Alissa Skog and the California Policy Lab) to analyze the use of pretrial diversion and Collaborative Court programs in San Francisco. The report will identify opportunities for the DA's Office to maximize these limited programs, in particular to benefit the high user population.
