Description: This project contains the MEG data, behavioural data and the analysis code used in 'Reaction times predict dynamic brain representations measured with MEG for only some object categorisation tasks' by Contini, Goddard and Wardle (2020) (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuropsychologia.2020.107687). Please refer to this work for full details of the methodology, and cite this paper if using any of this data in future work. - To recreate the analyses from scratch, start with the Matlab script 'Analysis_corrRTwithMEG.m' located in the 'CODE' folder. The options selected in this script reflect those used in the manuscript, but other options are available (e.g. running the analysis using MEG sensor data without PCA). - To recreate the manuscript figures, use the Matlab script 'create_figures_for_manuscript.m' located in the 'CODE' folder.
