This repository provides all materials necessary to reproduce the analyses in "Exploratory Factor Analysis Trees: Evaluatind Measurement Invariance Between Multiple Covariates". This includes: - **renv.lock**: lock file documenting the package versions used for our analyses. - **Toy_examples.R**: R scripts containing the toy examples from the manuscript and some additional analyses. - **Supplement_correlated_factors.pdf**: Supplementary document containing a simulation and discussion on parameter differences that are only due to differences in factor correlations. - **Simulation_EFA_tree.R**: R script containing simulation study. - **results_plots.R**: R script containing the code for the power and type I error plot, and for the SRMR table. - **EFA_tree_template**: R script containing a step-by-step guide to run your own EFA tree with only small adjustments necessary. - **data.csv**: Data of cases where the EFA tree split the data. - **data2.csv**: Data of cases where the EFA tree did not split the data.
