# FOR CONTRIBUTORS ## Recommended workflow: 1. name uploaded files as *YEAR_COUNTRY_CITY_POSITION_TOPIC* (example: *2020_UK_Oxford_PostDoc_CognitivePsychology.pdf*) into the correct folder. 2. Also add the meta-information into the [**Google Sheet database**](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FWxSy6JEebnTvBUHj238VNDAjAEH8rgP3c48XCk8zUk/edit?usp=sharing). Please don't forget the second step, otherwise the PDFs and the meta-data sheet get out of sync, which is tedious to fix. ## Quick and dirty workflow, for the busy contributor: Alternatively, drop a PDF into the INBOX folder, which then can be sorted later. --- * See also the [open science hiring policy](http://www.fak11.lmu.de/dep_psychologie/osc/open-science-hiring-policy/index.html) at the psychology department of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München * See also "[Recognising Open Research Practices in Hiring Policies: Modular Certification Initiative](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ty43Syw0Flkh8ncjW8MZArIkvYe8hLwwhLlIwbtSk_Y/edit)"
