Description: Clinical agnosticism occurs when uncertainty about the evidence-based clinical usefulness of a medical intervention interferes with clinicians' decision-making. Clinical agnosticism arises whenever there is a "promising signal" about the potential clinical usefulness of the medical intervention, but the evidence is not "substantial". In this project, we will assess the state of "Clinical Agnosticism" for Quetiapine/Seroquel. We will systematically search and evaluate all clinical studies testing quetiapine for some non-approved ("off-label") indication. We will describe whether or not it is likely that such studies can be interpreted as "promising" to warrant "off-label" use and whether or not "confirmatory" RCTs have been conducted to provide "substantial evidence".
