Data in the following zip folders was used to produce the following figures in the manuscript: - EI_Survey - Figs 2 and 3 - DPX - S1 Fig - Dist DPX - Figs 5-7 - MemoryManips - Figs 8-9 - PerceptionManips - Figs 8-10 In each folder is the following information: - Spiking information is held in .npz files with 'pyr' indicating pyramidal cells and 'int' indicating interneurons. - 'dpx_ab.csv' is the response behavior including the reaction times. - 'output*.txt' files give details on the simulation runs including agent and world parameters and how long it took to run the simulations on the supercomputer.
