**Cell Tracking Tools based on Machine Learning** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Heather Deter. Biology and Microbiology Department, South Dakota State University, Brookings, SD 57007, USA **About:** Datasets, Demo Videos, and Python and ImageJ scripts designed to track single cells, determine cell lineage and analyze fluorescence These tools are designed to work with any series of 16-bit tiff images to track objects, specifically cells. To do so requires a number of scripts that utilize preexisting open-source software (Fiji ImageJ, Anaconda 2.7, and related packages) included here and available online (https://www.anaconda.com/download/, https://imagej.net/Fiji/Downloads). This project is based on previous work available here (https://osf.io/gdxen/). A detailed method for using these tools will be published in Methods in Molecular Biology (Springer, Deter et al. 2018).
