Description: The Stop-Signal Task (SST) is often used to assess response inhibition using stand-alone computers under controlled laboratory conditions. Sample size, particularly for clinical studies, may consequently be a function of cost/time, while sample diversity may be constrained to those willing/able to attend the laboratory.
