As members of a sustainable and successful collaborative network, we wanted to remove the magic and mystery of collaboration and unpack the emotional, mental, and technical labor that went into establishing this network. Through a project retrospective, we uncovered the need for radical interdependence, vulnerability and trust. This was presented at the 2022 Digital Library Federation Forum in Baltimore, Maryland.
