Description: The repository to the simulation study: "Sequential Analysis of Variance: Increasing Efficiency of Hypothesis Testing" Contains all simulation scripts, data and 1% of the simulated raw data.
Simulation study of a sequential one-way fixed effects ANOVA, based on the Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT) by Abraham Wald (1945). The sequential ANOVA was implemented in the R package "sprtt".
The "sprtt" package can be downloaded directly from CRAN or the development version can be downloaded on GitHub (https://github.com/MeikeSteinhilber/sprtt). The website to the package can be found …
