## [Gamification and Serious Games][1] Gamification and serious games are trending in today’s working environment. Organizations hope to engage people through Gamification, enhance candidate experience through the use of serious games for selection, or motivate employees for training interventions using game elements. One has to understand the concept of gamification and serious games in order to implement it successfully and with potential positive outcomes for training and selection. [1]:https://osf.io/bg34e/
