Description: The aim of this project was to examine the relationship between trait mindfulness and stress reactivity. N=40 male participants filled in self-report questionnaires (STRIKE questionnaire.xlsx): - mindfulness (FFMQ) - depression (BDI) - anxiety (STAI) - sleep (PSQI) All pp's underwent Trier Social Stress Test for which stress reactivity was measured as (AUC calculation.xlsx): - subjective stress (Likert scale) - salivary cortisol reactivity Note: pp003 did not produce enough saliva for assay, and was excluded from cortisol analysis
