This data describes the putative factors influencing knowledge, attitude and practices of health science undergraduate students towards COVID-19, ahead of re-opening of Universities in Ghana. The data included 606 college of Health Science Students (age range: 15-30 years) The data consisted of socio-demographics; awareness, knowledge and sources of knowledge of COVID-19; perceived confidence towards COVID-19 infection and willingness to adhere to preventive protocols; and cues to adherence, preventive practices, and tolerance towards COVID-19 infection.
