Wiki Version:
This project holds the raw data, analysis scripts, and summary data for: Holmes, G., Herdegen, S., Schuon, J., Cyriac, A., Lass, J., Conte, C., … Calin-Jageman, R. J. (2014). Transcriptional analysis of a whole-body form of long-term habituation in Aplysia californica. Learning & Memory, 22(1), 11–23. [http://doi.org/10.1101/lm.036970.114][1] **NOTE: There was an error in the microarray processing script. Specifically, it called the fit function without supplying the design matrix, causing incorrect dye assignments. This has been fixed on the script posted here, but the one found in the pre-registration files should not be used. We are working on a correction to be published in the journal and/or on PubPeer ** You can see the "slug car wash" in action [here][2]. Raw microarray data for this project is also posted at GEO, accession number: [GSE59448][3]: The microarray platform developed for this project is [GPL18666][4], the Aplysia Tellabs Array: [1]: http://doi.org/10.1101/lm.036970.114 [2]: https://osf.io/mujkb/osffiles/sv1_-_Whole_Body_Habituation_Training.mp4/version/1/download/ [3]: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE59448 [4]: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL18666
