**NOTE: There was an error in the microarray processing script. Specifically, it called the fit function without supplying the design matrix, causing incorrect dye assignments. This has been fixed on the script posted here, but the one found in the pre-registration files should not be used. We are working on a correction to be published in the journal and/or on PubPeer **
