Description: We will investigate whether encouraging gesture use would influence the participants' monitoring of spatial problem solving and if the answer is yes, in which possible ways. Use of gestures enhance task performance on spatial domains and it is a well-documented finding in the literature. We would look for whether this effect extends to metacognitive processes.
