Description: This project offers several User Experience (UX) Research Toolkits which The Policy Lab created to help partner agencies optimize the COVID-19 testing experience for the public. We developed these resources during the period April-December 2020, while working with the Rhode Island Department of Health. Our team conducted field observations of testing sites, collected 1,200 feedback surveys, and interviewed 90 Rhode Islanders. The report summarizing these activities is available below.
