<p>This contains the data, analyses, and task script for Experiment 1. Experiment 2 is formatted in the same way, so the below section provides a general outline of the files for all of the experiments. </p> <h2>Analysis_Behavior.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains the behavioral analysis file, "makeGrandBehavior.m" This file compiles all of the behavioral information into one file, so that it can be easily plotted and analyzed. The file that it saves is called "allSubsBehData.mat" and it is saved to the "Analysis_GrandAverages" folder. </p> <h2>Analysis_ARF.zip</h2> <p>First, we ran "runERPS.m", which rejects trials based on whether there was noise in the EEG data and/or blinks/eye movements in the EOG channels. It calls functions that are within the "EegPipeline" subfolder. We then ran "doEyeTracking.m", which rejects trials based on whether there were any eye movements or blinks in the eye tracking file. This script calls functions that are within the "EyeTrack" subfolder. After running these two scripts, we opened the newly created files in eeglab and manually checked that the pipeline correctly picked up artifacts. We then saved the files with the manually checked artifact index and then ran "compileEEGarf.m", which compiled the artifact index from the eeg, eye tracking, and manual artifact indices. </p> <h2>AnalysisPipeline_ERPs.zip</h2> <p>There is a read me file in this folder that better explains this artifact rejection pipeline called "README_InterruptionAnalysisPipeline". This folder contains the ERP processing pipeline. "runPreproc_ERPs.m" creates one file per participant that sorts the ERP data by condition. "sortCond_ERP.m" takes the data from each participant and saves one grand file to the "Analysis_GrandAverages" folder. </p> <h2>AnalysisPipeline_Power.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains the alpha power analysis pipeline. This is essentially the same as what is in "AnalysisPipeline_ERPs" except the data isn't baselined. The end product of this folder is a grand averaged file with the data from all subjects. This file is also saved int eh folder "Analysis_GrandAverages". </p> <h2>Analysis_GrandAverages.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains all processed and compiled behvioral, ero and alpha power data from the experiment. The plotting function and statistical analyses were done with the data that is saved in these files. </p> <h2>BehData.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains the raw behavioral data for all of the subjects</p> <h2>EegData.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains the raw EEG and eye tracking data for all of the subjects as well as any of the intermediary files that were created throughout the artifact rejection and analysis pipelines. </p> <h2>Script.zip</h2> <p>This folder contains the task script that we ran during the experiment. </p>
