These are the data that were used to examine the use of YOLOv8 for surgical tool tracking. The scripts, including the Jupiter Notebook for training on Google Colab, the YAML file, and the R-markdown file for data plotting are found in the folder "Scripts". The annotated video frames can be found in "AnnotatedImages". The two extra videos that were used to examine extrapolation to new data are found in "ExtraVideos". The trained models can be found in "TrainedModels".
