Description: This review and meta-analysis aims to answer two important questions: First, if teacher self-efficacy can be promoted in general by interventions. Second, which factors influence the effectiveness of these interventions (e.g., addressed source of self-efficacy, length of the intervention). The results can provide relevant insights for practice and theory.
