Wiki Version:
The data for most of the figures can be found in dataMainPaper.xlsx in excel format, or split into two .csv files, with dataMainPaper.csv containing average preferences, and TrialByTrialChoices the trial-by-trial data for lever choice. The data for Table2 and FigureS1 can be found in the directory FigureS1. In that table, the column contingent differentiates the ContingentHarm (contingent=1) from the RandomHarm (contingent=0). The column idx_rand_cont marks those animals in the ContingentHarm that were yolked with the RandomHarm animals, and FigureS1 pitches those against the RandomHarm animals for the comparison. The data for FigureS2 can be found in directory FigureS2.
