Wiki Version:
TMS-EEG datasets from the study

Railo H., Tuominen J., Kaasinen V., & Pesonen, H. (2017). Dynamic changes in cortical effective connectivity underlie transsaccadic integration in humans. *Cerebral Cortex, 27*(7), 3609–3617 .

The datasets are in eeglab (v13.4.4b) format. The TMS-pulse artefact has been removed (5 ms with interpolation) and the data resampled to 500 Hz. The data has not been filtered (nor has the DC-recording offset been removed).

The data contains the following markers:
1 = TMS pulse
2 = no TMS trial (the marker shows the time point where TMS-pulses were presented in TMS-trials)
6 = redundant marker; no stimulus etc. was presented here
10 = go-trial (e.g. make saccade) with TMS
20 = no-go trial (do not make saccade) with TMS
30 = go-trial withot TMS
99 = fixation point
